In an effort to provide the highest level of clinical education and financial savings, the MRI-CT Education Group provides affordable housing to all our students at minimal cost. We offer a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, completely furnished with washer and dryer condominium for our students to rent.

• Rooms are for student’s only, no outside guest or family members allowed to stay or visit.
•  Rent fee is $50 per day for the entire unit. If two students are staying at the same time period, they pay only $25 each. Students from out of state, please call for further special discount.
•  Unit location is 20 minute drive from both clinical sites Dadeland MRI and SFDI.
• Gated complex with private parking with one space in front of building entrance
• and another on right side of building (visitor parking)
•  Students can only park in designated space #243. If a 2nd student is
• staying at the same time; he/she has to park in a visitor space. Please note car will be towed at student’s expenses if this is not followed.
•  Each room has its own lock and key for security. Each student will be given a gate card, front door key and room key. All must be returned upon departure.
•  NO Smoking and NO Pets in Condo.
• Maid service is provided free of charge every Sunday morning.
• Full rent must be paid prior to booking, with student credit card on file.
• Check-in is after 4 PM on Sunday and Check-out is by 11 AM
• When you leave, please turn off all lights and place dirty towels in bath tubs.
